Most Pizza Restaurants these days produce their products through mass production; everything, from the dough to the toppings, comes in a bag and offers little to no variety. At Alberto's, pizza is made with fresh dough daily, and a thin crust that is hand-tossed and stretched to create the familiar size, shape, and taste that New York pizza is famous for. Here, at Alberto's, we offer a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes as well as some American favorites. We also prepare the best plates of pasta, hoagies, stromboli, calzones, and salads anywhere.
At Alberto’s in Edgewater, we keep things simple—great food, great service, and a love for tradition. We’re a casual New York–style pizzeria where family and friends gather to share meals, memories, and laughter.
Owned and operated by Ryan and Maria Conley, third-generation restaurateurs, Alberto’s carries on a proud family tradition built on quality, hospitality, and community.
Our recipe for New York–style pizza dates back to the 1920s, and while we’ve refined it over the years, it remains true to its original roots—thin, foldable slices with that unmistakable flavor.
